Gluten Free Chocolate Mug Cake

This gluten free chocolate mug cake recipe (super moist) has no eggs and can be made for one or two. My Gluten Free Mug Cake is a dessert that is ready in less than 5 minutes and is super easy to make. This dessert will satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • All Purpose Gluten Free Baking Flour- I use Cup 4 Cup or King Arthur’s 1/4 Cup
  • Powdered Sugar- 2 Tbsp ( 3 if you like it sweeter)
  • Baking Powder- 1/4 Tsp
  • Milk- 1/4 Cup plus 1 Tbsp
  • Stonewall Chocolate Salted Caramel Sauce- 1 Tbsp
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Vegetable Oil- 2 Tbsp
  • Dutch Unsweetened Cocoa Powder- 2 Tbsp

Instructions

  • Add the all the dry ingredients to a medium sized bowl. Whisk together to combine.
  • Add the milk and vegetable oil until all the ingredients are combined and has no clumps.
  • Take half the batter and add to a microwave safe mug.
  • Add the chocolate sauce.
  • Top the remaining batter over the chocolate sauce.
  • Cover the mug with a paper towel and microwave on high for 70 to 90 seconds.
  • Serve and enjoy.
