Here’s how to steam potatoes with herbs: an easy side dish that is bursting with flavor in every bite. Mix with butter and fresh herbs for a simple but tasty side.

These baby potatoes are simple and quick to make, so it’s a great side to make during the busy work week. You can change them up by using different herbs.

The light coating of butter add a bit of flavor to otherwise plain potatoes with loads of freshness from the fresh herbs. This side dish isn’t too heavy for it goes great with steak and roast chicken. This is a sensational side dish for a seafood platter.

Ingredients

  • Butter- 3 Tablespoon
  • Chopped Chives- 2 Tablespoons
  • Chopped Parsley- 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and scrub your potatoes really well.
  • Add about 2 inches of cold salted water to a pot that has a fitted steamer basket or can hold a steamer insert.
