- 1 Can 15 Ounce Garbanzo Beans-rinsed and drained
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
- 2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- Gluten Free Pita or Gluten Free Bun
- 2 Tsp Fresh Dill or Dried Dill
- Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans.
- Add to a medium sized bowl.
- Finely chop enough of an onion to equal a quarter cup. Add to the bowl.
- Chop celery into small pieces. Add to the bowl.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Add the mayo, dijon mustard and vinegar to a small dish till everything is well combined.
- Stir in the mayo mixture.
- Add to your favorite bread of choice or salad.
